Posting in Forums - Do Forum Signatures Count As Backlinks?

Its a very common question and if you are a regular forum member then you might have already found similar threads on different forums about the same. as per my own personal experience, signature links does count as back-links and the rule of the thumb which applies when we talk about forum posting for getting back-links is; the more posts we have on the forum, the more back-links we will get.

I have seen many people arguing that forum posting for getting back-links is useless and you won't get any back-links because most of the forums uses no-follow attribute these days with every outbound link, to answer these people, i would simply say that a link is a link and who said it hurts to get a no-follow back-link?

Experts even says that its better to get a combination of both no-follow and do-follow links to make the link building campaign looks more natural to search engine crawlers. between, if you only need links from do-follow forums then i would like to mention here that you will find a lot of resources on the world wide web for the same. yes, i mean do-follow forums list.

If you are posting on a do-follow forum then you will be 100% sure that you are not wasting your time and efforts in the hope to get a back-link in return. but again, based on my own personal experience i would recommend using a combination of both do-follow and no-follow forums for maximum benefits.

How the whole thing works?

the whole process flow is described with the help of following steps:

1: We register an account on the forum and after activating the account we keep posting valuable replies in threads.
2: Once a week has been passed we move on to forum's user control panel and add our websites link in the signature area.
3: We repeat step 1 again.

When we share something useful or when we suggest something useful, forum members gets curious to know about us and the best way they find is to visit our website (which we have already added into signature area during Step number 2) to see what business we are into.

In this way, forum posting is not only good for getting back-links but also for getting targeted traffic.

Why i used the term targeted traffic?

I would like to site an example to make my point clear:
Suppose you are taking part in a webmaster forum and you are a web services provider, the link in your signature area points to your website which is a virtual medium you use to advertise your offerings, don't you think you will find perfect audience in a webmasters forum? Yes, you will and that's why i used the term targeted traffic.

to help you get maximum revenue, we offer Forum Posting services at affordable cost, please feel free to visit our services page for the same.

* Its Paid Posting like any other form of search engine optimization
